The client must ensure the foundation, electrical wiring, and ventilation are according to Bharat Air Compressor's pre-installation checklist before delivery.
All equipment is dispatched Ex-Works. While we assist in arranging transport, the insurance and risk of transit lie with the purchaser unless otherwise specified.
A 40% advance is required for order processing. Balance payment must be cleared before the dispatch of the compressor unit from our factory.
Operators must be trained by our certified technicians. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized modifications or bypass of safety valves.
We provide a 12-month standard warranty on the compressor block and motor against manufacturing defects. Consumables like oil and filters are not covered.
The warranty remains valid only if scheduled servicing is performed by authorized Bharat Air Compressor technicians using genuine spare parts.
For critical industrial breakdowns, we commit to a technician site visit within 24-48 hours within regional industrial zones.
Standard units can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the unit has not been installed and is in original factory-sealed condition. Restocking fees apply.
